Another day, I went to buy a vest. It was a soft sweater vest with a stripe pattern that is wonderful. I hung it up and saw it on the hanger searching all drapey and sort of shapeless. I thought it would look any better on me if it looked that bad on the hanger.

The fantastic thing about this is that it is somewhat fitted and stays on your body sort of snugly (probably because it's junior sizes), but this way you prevent the baggy, saggy look.

Prepster: This cable knit sweater from Heritage 1981 (Forever 21's more grown-up brand), has a crest detail and two-tone colour scheme which makes it look like something right out of a college uniform catalogue. This would look fine with a white tank top or Hanes undershirt tee and has a bottom for a look. Avoid pairing with a white button-down shirt - you want to avoid the"I'm going to a private school" look. The vest comes in two different color schemes. I personally enjoy the grey/navy colour, because it has a coral in it that makes it appear appropriate.
